About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Plant Operations Assistant and Driver for Holliday Farms Senior Living in Zionsville, IN. This full-time position involves assisting the Plant Operations Director in maintaining the community, servicing equipment, and responding to maintenance requests. The role requires a proactive approach to ensuring the safety of employees, guests, and residents, and maintaining a positive living environment. Requirements

At least eighteen (18) years of age.
Thorough knowledge of construction, refinishing, painting, plumbing, floor/carpet care, and refurbishing.
At least two (2) years of experience in apartment or other multiple unit maintenance.
Supervisory experience.
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items more than 50 pounds.
Ability to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to use a ladder.
Ability to perform indoor and outdoor work, including in periods of inclement weather.
Must be criminally cleared.
Be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks.
Health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment.
Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening.
Clean driving record as per the insured’s policy.
Working knowledge of current OSHA regulations.

Assist the Plant Operations Director in maintaining all areas of the community.
