About The Position

Arrow Senior Living manages a collection of senior living communities that offer varying levels of care including independent living, assisted living, and memory care in 44 properties currently in 7 states and employs nearly 2,500 employees! This position is for a Housekeeper at The Wellington Senior Living located at 1051 Kent Street, Liberty, MO 64068. The role involves making each room a home by providing housekeeping services for residents, ensuring each area is a comfortable, clean, and cozy place to live. The Housekeeper will also ensure that all areas, from the lobby to the employee break room, are tidy and clean.

Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Professional appearance and conduct.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds and push/pull a wheeled housekeeping cart.
Be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks.
Good physical health shall be verified by a health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment.
Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening.
Must be criminally cleared.
