About The Position
Heidelberg Materials is hiring a Plant Maint I for its Aggregates line of business. The role is part of the night maintenance team and involves performing assigned duties and working on different tasks throughout the plant. The employee must comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. The role operates primarily around moving mechanical equipment and may involve inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a post-offer physical examination, drug/alcohol screening, and background check. Some positions require ongoing FMCSA-regulated drug and alcohol testing.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Some mechanical knowledge.
- An open-minded attitude toward working on different maintenance tasks.
- Successful completion of a post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Responsibilities
- Perform assigned duties as part of the night maintenance team.
