The Laborer is responsible for supporting plant operations in a safe and effective manner while maintaining the production floor. Shift Hours are Monday - Friday, with extended hours as needed. First Shift is 7:00 am to 3:45 pm.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
0-2 years experience in an industrial environment.
Experience working in a fast paced environment.
High awareness of safety at all times.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to operate equipment properly and safely.
Strict adherence to OSHA and company policies.

Responsibilities

Performing manual material separation for processing.
Removing non-compliant materials during the sorting process.
Handling and storage of incoming materials in the appropriate area of the plant.
General plant housekeeping.
Reporting equipment issues to supervisor/maintenance staff.
