About The Position

This role is responsible for various assembly tasks on the 2nd shift at the Technologies Plant. Key duties include managing production flow, understanding and following instructions, visually inspecting components, and preparing finished products for shipment. The position requires the ability to work while standing for extended periods and involves tasks such as testing wires, disposing of passed and failed parts, and packing finished goods.

Requirements

Ability to work while standing for long periods of time.
Some experience preferred in manufacturing environment (will train and promote on merit).

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent from accredited institution preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide on-line capacity for moving, conveyor boards and stationary boards.
Understand simple directions.
Interpret simple color diagrams for line plugging.
Check if the wire passes electricity.
Press green start button (yellow light indicates part is testing, green light- part passed).
Dispose “passed” parts to shipping container.
Dispose ‘failed” parts to “reject” container.
Visually inspect harness for: (wire orientation, missing components, sealed wire).
Pack box quality of 50 pieces (indicated by Qty in Box) on screen in shipping container.
Attach shipping label to the end of carton.
Put aside the box for quality inspection / closure.
Ability to build and tape product.
Aid in housekeeping.
