This role involves performing all functions of the sign permit application process, monitoring and resolving sign/zoning violation complaints, creating and retrieving public notice signs, managing inventory, answering phones, maintaining and closing out permit and inspection records, and conducting site inspections. Additionally, the position involves reviewing and accepting permit applications, delivering information packets, preparing meeting minutes, providing guidance on residential permit requirements, reviewing residential site plans, and assisting with research and report preparation. Secondary duties include serving as a backup for the residential permit program.
