Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in retail operations
- Organized, attentive to detail, and skilled in task management.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Creative lens to develop effective store promos and campaigns
- Analyze a variety of sales data to evaluate store performance and come up with strategies to improve the sales
- Maintain good relationships with store managers and staff members
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred, as this role involves communication with our Korean-speaking headquarters and vendors.
