About The Position

The Planning and Scheduler – Data Center Infrastructure is a senior individual contributor responsible for building and managing the integrated master schedule (IMS) for large-scale OCI data center programs—from project initiation through GPU/rack handover. This role drives schedule predictability across a matrixed organization by aligning internal teams and external partners, maintaining critical path clarity, and proactively managing schedule risk to enable on-time, on-budget delivery. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. This role is based in the El Paso, TX/Las Cruces, NM area and requires one to live in the area. Relocation assistance available. Must live in the El Paso, TX/Las Cruces, NM area or be able to relocate permanently to the area.
