About The Position

The Planner owns replenishment and order writing for Babylist’s Furniture and Monitors categories. The categories include bulky, freight-heavy furniture and dropship-fulfilled monitor products. The role manages inventory flow across a largely dropship vendor base, balancing in-stock performance with longer lead times and fulfillment complexity. It reports into Division 3 Planning and works closely with Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Finance. The Planner executes replenishment and order writing, manages vendor availability and delivery timing, owns monthly Open-to-Buy inputs, delivers weekly sales and inventory recaps, and builds pre-season inventory forecasts at category, brand, and SKU levels. The role also tracks out-of-stocks and discontinued items and partners with Merchandising on product launches and assortment changes. Babylist is a remote-first company with team members across the U.S. and Canada. Teams use AI in their daily work and come together twice a year. The role offers a starting salary range of $93,820 to $125,081, with the starting amount based on location, experience, and qualifications.
