About The Position

Lamour is a family-owned apparel manufacturer founded in 1953, producing socks, performance apparel, hosiery, and lingerie for a global market. Known for activewear basics, seamless garments, and strong retail and supply chain partnerships, the company brings together merchandising, operations, and commercial teams to keep products moving efficiently across channels. As a Wholesale Demand Planner, you will play a central role in connecting sales, merchandising, and supply chain planning to help maximize sell-through, support product launches, and maintain healthy inventory positions. This is an opportunity to contribute to a business where thoughtful forecasting, strong analysis, and cross-functional coordination directly influence product availability and commercial performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in retail, wholesale, or demand planning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills for forecasting, reporting, and inventory analysis.
  • Experience with inventory management.
  • Experience using BlueCherry ERP.
  • Experience with cross-functional planning coordination across sales, merchandising, production, and logistics.
  • Eligible to work in Canada.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience presenting forecasts to sales and merchandising and recapping performance to leadership is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage merchandise plans and demand forecasts across wholesale and retail channels.
  • Support new product launches with initial forecasting and demand ramp-up planning.
  • Build open-to-buy reports and plan inventory investments aligned with sales targets.
  • Analyze sales trends, seasonal performance, and market data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Recap and communicate actual versus planned results with strategic recommendations.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance metrics to stakeholders.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock coverage while minimizing excess.
  • Coordinate replenishment strategies with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify and address inventory risks or gaps through proactive planning.
  • Partner with Sales and Merchandising to align on assortment and go-to-market strategies.
  • Work closely with Production and Logistics to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support promotional and seasonal initiatives.
  • Provide ad-hoc reports and insights to support business decisions.
  • Track forecast accuracy and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain and enhance reporting tools to streamline planning activities.
