We are looking for a Production Coordinator to collaborate on one of our projects in the Aeronautic sector. Requirements

In-depth knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes (assembly, machining, integration, testing).
Proficiency in planning and scheduling tools (SAP, ERP, MS Project, or equivalent).
Good understanding of quality standards and traceability requirements in the aeronautics sector.
Skills in data analysis and industrial performance monitoring.
Proficiency in office software (Excel, Power BI, etc.) and technical communication.

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities in collaboration with the methods, quality, and logistics teams.
Analyze production workloads and capacities to ensure delivery deadlines are met.
Coordinate manufacturing priorities based on customer needs and program progress.
Ensure the availability of components, tools, and resources required for production.
Identify deviations (lead times, quality, costs) and propose corrective actions in collaboration with team leaders and methods engineers.
Monitor performance indicators (OTD, OEE, scrap, delays) and prepare production reports.
Actively participate in daily meetings (SQCDP, MRP, etc.) and planning rituals.
Contribute to continuous process improvement (Lean, 5S, Kaizen).
Ensure compliance with aeronautical standards and customer requirements (EN9100, Part 145, etc.).
Ensure the interface between production teams, support services and the supply chain.
