Responsibilities include attending pre-renewal meetings, participating in new business planning, negotiating renewal terms, preparing and submitting applications, binding coverage, and training placement support staff. The role also involves identifying cross-sell opportunities, serving as a subject matter expert, participating in new business development activities (including occasional travel), and ensuring compliance with internal procedures while meeting service, quality, and performance expectations.
