EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Placement Representative to join their team. This role is responsible for leading new business placements and assigned renewals for large, complex construction accounts. The ideal candidate will serve as a client-facing insurance professional, designing and negotiating insurance programs, and managing renewals with a high degree of autonomy. The position requires building and maintaining strong relationships with carriers, wholesalers, Producers, and clients. Responsibilities include attending pre-renewal meetings, participating in new business planning, negotiating renewal terms, preparing and submitting applications, binding coverage, and identifying cross-sell opportunities. The role also involves training and mentoring Placement Support team members, serving as a subject matter expert, and participating in new business development activities, including occasional travel. Compliance with internal procedures and meeting service, quality, and performance expectations are essential.
