About The Position

The Pizza Maker works in-store across multiple stations, preparing menu items, assisting customers by phone and in person, and expediting orders from the cut table. The role includes taking and processing orders, operating store equipment, stocking ingredients and supplies, preparing products, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Team members may work part-time or full-time, and the schedule is described as accommodating. The position offers potential advancement from customer service representative to management and other roles.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be willing and able to work all in-store stations.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, using a calculator if needed.
Ability to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone communication skills to take and process orders.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to operate store equipment.
Ability to speak, hear, and understand verbal communication in person and by telephone.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to stand and walk frequently and perform the physical tasks described, including lifting deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds, carrying items, pushing or pulling trays and products, occasional climbing, bending, crouching, squatting, and continuous reaching and hand use.
Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces and use near- and mid-range vision and depth perception.

Responsibilities

Work all in-store stations, including making menu items, assisting customers by phone and in person, and expediting orders from the cut table.
Take and process customer orders by telephone and in person.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Operate store equipment.
Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Unload and move product deliveries, including carrying and shelving ingredients and supplies.
Meet quality control standards and handle customer interactions.
