About The Position

The Pizza Maker prepares pizza and other food items according to company recipes, presentation guidelines, and Oak & Stone standards. The role supports timely order delivery, guest requests, food safety, kitchen setup and closing, and the cleanliness and stocking of kitchen and other areas. Team members are expected to arrive on time in a neat, clean uniform with appropriate grooming and hygiene, follow company policies and procedures, attend required meetings, and perform other duties as directed by management.

Requirements

• Ability to prepare pizza dough by kneading and stretching according to Oak & Stone standards.
• Ability to follow recipes, presentation guidelines, and food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to meet guest requests while maintaining quality standards.
• Arrive on time in a neat and clean uniform with well-groomed hair and proper personal hygiene.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Attend required meetings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizza dough by kneading and stretching it according to Oak & Stone standards.
• Add toppings according to orders or recipes.
• Monitor pizza oven temperature and manage cooking time.
• Slice and plate pizzas according to standards.
• Follow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guests’ expectations.
• Coordinate pizza orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each table.
• Meet special guest requests while maintaining quality standards.
• Set up the kitchen before opening and set up the soup station.
• Prepare and portion food.
• Stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time; stock and restock supplies.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards to protect guests.
• Clean dishes, silverware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen items.
• Break down and clean the kitchen, mats, and equipment at closing.
• Sweep, spray, and mop floors; maintain clean restrooms, kitchen, and parking lot, including picking up debris and sweeping when necessary.
• Make orders.
• Check in deliveries, label and date food for freshness rotation, and put deliveries away.
• Filter and dispose of grease and take out trash.
• Report to work on time in a neat and clean uniform, maintaining well-groomed hair and personal hygiene.
• Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Attend required meetings and perform other duties as directed by management.
