About The Position

Domino’s seeks qualified delivery drivers to safely deliver products or flyers within a designated delivery area while providing excellent customer service. Drivers may help with in-store tasks when deliveries are not busy. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including paths to management and other leadership positions. Training is paid and includes videos, coaching guides, quizzes, and on-the-job training. The position involves working in a restaurant environment and making deliveries by vehicle or e-bike. Work may expose team members to varying weather, temperatures from approximately 33°F to 90°F or higher, food and other odors, cornmeal dust, confined spaces, hot surfaces and products, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Duties also involve standing, walking, sitting, lifting and carrying supplies, pushing or pulling items, occasional climbing, bending, reaching, and frequent hand use.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have three or fewer moving violations in the last three years.
Must not have had drug- or alcohol-related motor vehicle violations in the last five years.
Must have access to an insured and registered vehicle in proper working condition for deliveries.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be able to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Must be able to communicate verbally, in writing, and by telephone; enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen; and make correct monetary change.
Must be able to perform physical tasks that include standing, walking, sitting, lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds, pushing and pulling, climbing stairs, bending, reaching, and frequent hand use.
Must be able to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make judgments and decisions.

Responsibilities

Deliver products or flyers safely, securely, and on time within the designated delivery area.
Navigate to addresses using maps and other navigational skills, including across challenging terrain and in multi-story buildings.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Help with in-store tasks when not busy making deliveries.
Perform general store duties, including entering and processing orders, operating store equipment, stocking ingredients and supplies, preparing products, and cleaning equipment and the facility.
Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers in person and by telephone.
Handle deliveries and supplies, including lifting, carrying, stocking, and moving items as needed.
Complete paid training and participate in on-the-job learning.
