About The Position

The Pizza Maker prepares Domino’s pizzas and supports store operations, including food preparation, portion control, hygiene and food safety, customer orders and upselling, and general cleaning and organization. The role may also involve customer-facing tasks such as taking orders, greeting customers, handling cash, keeping the customer area clean, and assisting with pizza toppings and dough. The position offers training and support, flexible hours, and opportunities for career progression.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Have an exceptional and positive attitude.
Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, with a calculator if needed.
Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Have motor coordination between eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Communicate verbally with customers and co-Team Members to process orders by phone and in person.
Be able to talk and hear on the telephone.
Have near- and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks and depth perception.
Differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Be able to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Be able to stand for long periods; most tasks are performed from a standing position.
