About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring a Pizza Maker to prepare, bake, and serve pizzas while helping provide customer service in a team-oriented store. Team members operate equipment, prepare products to standard specifications, maintain store and equipment cleanliness, and follow schedules and quality standards. The role may offer opportunities for advancement, including into management, and the schedule may be flexible. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, available after 3 p.m., and able to work Saturdays and Sundays or every other weekend.

Requirements

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; may use a calculator.
• Ability to enter information into digital systems using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to stand for most tasks and walk short distances for short durations.
• Ability to talk and hear on the telephone; near- and mid-range vision and depth perception; and ability to distinguish hot and cold surfaces.
• Ability to lift cases weighing up to 50 pounds and stack them on shelves up to 72 inches high.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
• Prepare products to standard specifications.
• Clean equipment and the facility daily.
• Work to a schedule and adhere to image and operating standards.
• Provide great customer service and communicate with customers and coworkers to process orders in person and by phone.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality and arrange transportation to and from work.
• Unload bulk product deliveries and lift and stack cases of ingredients and supplies.
• Perform other outside tasks, including removing trash.
