About The Position

Domino's is seeking a team member to prepare pizzas and other menu items, assist customers by phone and in person, and expedite orders. Team members may work at all in-store stations and are expected to help deliver a quality customer experience. The position offers opportunities for advancement within the company. Work may involve standing for most tasks, frequent walking and reaching, food preparation and cleaning, and handling equipment and supplies. The job environment can include temperature changes, hot surfaces and products, food-related odors and dust, confined spaces, and moving mechanical parts.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be willing and able to work all in-store stations.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone communication skills to take and process orders.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen and operate store equipment.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to lift and handle supplies; product cases may weigh up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to speak, hear, and understand verbal communication; use near- and mid-range vision and depth perception; and differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks described, including standing, walking, reaching, bending, carrying, pushing or pulling, and occasional climbing.

Responsibilities

• Work at all in-store stations, including making menu items, assisting customers by phone and in person, and expediting orders from the cut table.
• Receive and process telephone orders and enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products and operate store equipment.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload and handle product deliveries, including lifting and storing cases and supplies.
