About The Position

Domino’s is hiring a Delivery Driver to deliver products or flyers safely, securely, and on time within a designated delivery area. Drivers may use their own insured, registered vehicle in proper working condition or, where available, a company vehicle. When deliveries are not busy, drivers help with in-store tasks. The role calls for strong customer service, safe driving, navigation, and communication skills. The company describes flexible scheduling and opportunities to advance into management and other roles. Training is paid and includes videos, coaching guides, quizzes, and on-the-job instruction. The position also involves general store duties such as processing orders by phone and computer, preparing products, stocking ingredients and supplies, operating store equipment, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Work may involve varying weather and indoor temperatures, including coolers and hot work areas, as well as physical activities such as standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing stairs, bending, reaching, and frequent hand use.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license in good standing and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have no more than three moving violations in the last three years.
Must not have had a drug- or alcohol-related motor vehicle violation in the last five years.
Must have reliable transportation; drivers using their own vehicle must have access to an insured and registered vehicle in proper working condition.
Must be able to navigate the designated delivery area and carry products at delivery sites, including stairs and other adverse terrain.
Must have customer service, verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
Must be able to perform basic arithmetic and make correct monetary change.
Must be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen and operate store equipment.
Must be able to perform the physical tasks described, including standing, walking, lifting and carrying items, reaching, and occasional climbing.

Responsibilities

Deliver products or flyers within the designated delivery area safely, securely, and on time.
Navigate to customer addresses using maps and other navigation skills, including through multi-story buildings and other delivery sites.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Help with in-store tasks when not busy taking deliveries.
Process orders by telephone and enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Prepare products, stock ingredients and supplies, and operate store equipment.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Unload and stock deliveries of ingredients and supplies as needed.
