Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Must be able to make the correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Standing: Most tasks are performed from a standing position.
Walking: For short distances for short durations.
Lifting: Bulk product deliveries may include cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
Carrying: Large cans (3 lbs, 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 lbs), and trays of pizza dough (approx. 12 lbs per tray).
Pushing: To move trays on dollies (requires up to 7.5 pounds of force).
Stooping/Bending: Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station, front counter, and when stocking ingredients.
Crouching/Squatting: Performed occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
Reaching: Performed continuously; up, down, and forward.
Hand Tasks: Eye-hand coordination is essential. Use of hands is continuous. Shaping pizza dough requires frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists. Manipulating a pizza peel and using a rolling cutter. Frequent and/or forceful pinching for pizza boxes. Grasping cans, phone, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes.

Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

Responsibilities

Prepare all product to Domino’s Pizza specifications, including pizzas, pasta, wings, desserts, sandwiches, and sides.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and work area, including lifting and rotating stock using FIFO and moving soda from storage to coolers.
Date all products.
Interact with customers by taking and receiving phone calls, and taking customer orders in person at the front counter or pickup windows.
Perform carside delivery, bringing customers their food in all weather conditions.
Perform daily cleaning and sanitation tasks, including sweeping and mopping, cleaning coolers, taking out trash, and washing dishes.
