About The Position

The Pizza Maker is an in-store position responsible for preparing Domino’s pizzas and supporting store operations. The role includes food preparation, maintaining food quality and portion control, and following hygiene and food-safety practices. Pizza Makers may also take customer orders, upsell products, and help with general cleaning and organization. The posting also describes related Customer Service Representative duties, including customer care and assisting Pizza Makers with toppings and dough.

Requirements

Have an exceptional and positive attitude.
Be at least 16 years of age.
Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, with a calculator if needed.
Make correct monetary change.
Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Have motor coordination between eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Communicate verbally with customers and co-team members to process orders over the phone and in person.
Be able to talk and hear on the telephone.
Have near- and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks and depth perception.
Be able to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Be able to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality-control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Be able to stand for long periods; most tasks are performed from a standing position.
