About The Position
Flippers Pizzeria is hiring a part-time Pizza Maker/Cook at its South Tampa location in Tampa, Florida. The role is responsible for crafting pizzas by making dough from scratch, hand-stretching pizzas, using all-natural ingredients, and baking them in 600-degree brick ovens. Dough is made on-site and cold-fermented for at least 48 hours. No restaurant experience is needed; training is provided for the necessary skills. Requirements
- Possess a sense of urgency.

- Be at least 16 years old to hand-stretch pizzas.
- Be at least 18 years old to use the mixer and food processor.
Responsibilities
- Stretch, top, and cook pizzas using Flippers’ methods.
- Make and manage fresh dough on-site, cold-fermented for a minimum of 48 hours.
- Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes using kitchen utensils and equipment.
- Receive calls for delivery or takeout orders.
- Clean as you go.
