About The Position

The Pizza Cook prepares pizzas in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen, working efficiently during rushes while maintaining consistent quality and managing ticket times. The role requires pride in food preparation, reliability, and the ability to stay organized and composed under pressure. This is a full-time position paying $20.00 per hour, with profit sharing.

Responsibilities

• Stretch dough and build pizzas to consistent specifications.
• Operate the pizza oven while maintaining quality and timing.
• Keep up with high ticket volume while staying organized and focused.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked station.
• Handle opening prep and closing duties as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly.
