The Pizza Cook maintains food quality and sanitation standards, prepares pizzas and station recipes on time, and is an expert in operating the “Dough-Pro” machine. The role also supports line checks, completes prep par sheets each shift, prepares station items, handles food and equipment safely and sanitarily, maintains equipment temperatures, and performs station opening, closing, and side-work duties. Requirements

Three to six months of related experience or training.

Responsibilities

Maintain high standards for food quality and sanitation.
Ensure timely preparation of pizzas and station recipes.
Operate the “Dough-Pro” machine.
Support the line-check process and complete prep par sheets each shift.
Prepare necessary items for the station as needed.
Practice and teach safe, sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment.
Maintain proper equipment temperatures.
Perform station opening and closing duties and side work each shift.
Help provide guests with a memorable dining experience by following CPK’s service values.
