About The Position
Prepare food promptly while maintaining high food-safety standards. The Pizza Chef is a trained food-preparation team member who makes handmade products in the store and applies knowledge and proficiency across food-preparation tasks. The role includes preparing and serving food to presentation standards and recipes, maintaining sanitary work areas, overseeing product quality throughout the production line, and setting up the kitchen for the next shift, including opening and closing duties. The position also includes delivery duties: delivering products by car to customers and distributing flyers and door hangers.

- Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation.
- Prepare and serve food consistently according to presentation standards and recipes.
- Prepare a variety of food items accurately and to quality standards.
- Maintain clean and sanitary food-preparation, sanitation, and storage areas.
- Manage and ensure product quality at each step, particularly along the production line.
- Document and report discrepancies involving food products, safety, or equipment when necessary.
- Set up the kitchen for the next shift, including opening and closing tasks.
- Deliver products by car to customers within a designated delivery area.
- Deliver flyers and door hangers.
