About The Position

GXO is seeking a PIT Operator to help provide supply chain solutions for its customers. In this role, you will operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers, move materials, use handheld scanners, support trailer loading and unloading, and perform inbound receiving processes. You will follow the 7S program, maintain a clean work environment, and demonstrate a commitment to process excellence and the supply chain quality policy.

The listed schedule is Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. The role requires safe-operation training and certification for powered industrial lift trucks, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when needed. The work involves frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds and occasional lifting of more than 75 pounds, as well as working in hot or cold warehouse environments.

Requirements

• Training and certification in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when needed.
• Ability to frequently lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift more than 75 pounds.
• Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods.
• Ability to handle or manage tools or equipment.
• Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
