About The Position

Bridger Pipeline LLC is hiring a full-time, on-site Pipeline Operator I to work in the Sidney, Montana area. The role supports crude oil measurement and testing, lease inspections, equipment readiness, and pipeline operations. The operator assists with gauging crude oil at lease tanks, maintaining records, checking leases for environmental issues and safe working conditions, and performing general pump maintenance and line pigging. The position requires working rotating shifts, which may include weekends and holidays, and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent education and zero to three years of job-related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to drive to and work in isolated areas daily.
Fluency in English, verbal and written.
Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check, credit check, and drug/alcohol test.
Must be able to work rotating shifts, which may include weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

A commercial driver's license (CDL) with hazardous materials (Hazmat) certification may be required at some locations.

Responsibilities

Assist with measuring, sampling, and testing crude oil for gauging at lease tanks and maintain records.
Maintain responsibility for gauging equipment, supplies, and technology.
Assist with checking leases for environmental issues and report any problems.
Assist in assuring leases are in safe working conditions.
Assist with general pump maintenance and pigging of lines.
Perform other duties as assigned.
