About The Position

Bridger Pipeline LLC is hiring a full-time, on-site Pipeline Operator I in Stanley, North Dakota. The role supports crude oil pipeline operations by assisting with measurement, sampling, testing, gauging, recordkeeping, lease inspections, pump maintenance, and line pigging. The operator is responsible for gauging equipment, supplies, and technology and helps ensure leases are safe and environmental issues are identified and reported. Rotating shifts may include weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, and zero to three years of job-related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to drive to and work in isolated areas daily.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Acceptable results on pre-employment background and credit checks, and drug/alcohol testing.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, which may include weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• A commercial driver's license (CDL) with hazardous materials (Hazmat) certification may be required at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with measuring, sampling, and testing crude oil for gauging at lease tanks and maintain records.
• Be responsible for gauging equipment, supplies, and technology.
• Assist with checking leases for environmental issues and report problems.
• Assist with ensuring leases are in safe working condition.
• Assist with general pump maintenance and pigging of lines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
