About The Position

Pipeline Operator I is a full-time, on-site position in Stanley, North Dakota. The role supports crude oil operations by assisting with gauging, sampling, testing, recordkeeping, equipment and supply oversight, lease inspections, pump maintenance, and pipeline pigging. The operator must be able to work rotating shifts, which may include weekends and holidays, and drive to and work in isolated areas daily.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, and zero to three years of job-related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to drive to and work in isolated areas daily.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Acceptable results on pre-employment background, credit, and drug/alcohol checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with measuring, sampling, and testing crude oil for gauging at lease tanks and maintaining records.
• Be responsible for gauging equipment, supplies, and technology.
• Assist with checking leases for environmental issues and report any problems.
• Assist with ensuring leases are in safe working condition.
• Assist with general pump maintenance and pigging of lines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
