About The Position

Olé is seeking a reliable, customer-focused PIO Route Sales Driver to support Direct Store Delivery (DSD) operations across the Amarillo area. The driver represents Olé in local grocery stores, manages an independent route schedule, transports products, and builds positive relationships with retail partners. The role emphasizes efficient, safe driving and strong in-store product presentation.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with Direct Store Delivery (DSD) systems in chain or independent grocery environments.
Prior experience using handheld devices and mobile printers to process invoices and inventory records.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Commitment to road safety regulations.
Ability to load and unload delivery vehicles and stock store displays.
Must be at least 23 years old for fleet insurance compliance.
Highly punctual and reliable.
Excellent communication skills.

Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

Safely load, transport, and unload Olé products and merchandising materials for major grocery chains and independent stores according to the route schedule.
Set up cardboard displays and organize inventory to improve product visibility and presentation on store shelves.
Use handheld devices and printers to generate invoices, manage product credits, and record travel hours.
Optimize daily routes to avoid construction or traffic congestion and arrive at stores on time.
Perform daily vehicle inspections and keep the company vehicle clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Communicate proactively with management about vehicle needs, route status, and in-store feedback.
