About The Position

Olé is seeking a reliable, customer-focused PIO Route Sales Driver to support Direct Store Delivery operations across the Lubbock area. The driver represents Olé in local grocery stores, manages an independent route schedule, transports products, and builds positive relationships with retail partners. The role emphasizes efficiency, safety, and retail execution.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with Direct Store Delivery systems in chain or independent grocery environments.
Experience using handheld devices and mobile printers to process invoices and inventory records.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Commitment to road safety regulations.
Ability to perform daily physical work, including loading and unloading delivery vehicles and stocking store displays.
Must be at least 23 years old.
Punctuality and reliability.
Excellent communication skills.

Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

Safely load, transport, and unload Olé products and merchandising materials at major grocery chains and independent stores according to the route schedule.
Set up cardboard displays and organize inventory to improve product visibility and presentation on store shelves.
Use handheld devices and printers to generate store invoices, manage product credits, and record travel hours.
Optimize daily travel routes to avoid construction and traffic congestion and arrive at stores on time.
Perform daily vehicle inspections and keep the company vehicle clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Communicate proactively with management about vehicle needs, route status, and in-store feedback.
