Requirements

  • 1+ years of leadership or management experience.
  • 3+ years of success in retail, hospitality, fitness, or service-based sales.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience coaching others to achieve high performance.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Confidence making decisions and holding yourself and others accountable.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for helping people.
  • Comfort learning new technology and business systems.
  • Reliability, professionalism, and a desire to continuously grow.

Responsibilities

  • Lead an Exceptional Team: Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team. Foster a culture built on positivity, accountability, teamwork, and exceptional service. Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and encouragement to help your team grow professionally. Lead by example with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
  • Drive Studio Growth: Lead the BODYBAR sales process and consistently achieve monthly membership and revenue goals. Coach your team on effective sales techniques, follow-up strategies, and member retention. Build relationships with prospective and current members to create lifelong loyalty. Monitor studio performance and identify opportunities for continued growth.
  • Build Community: Create meaningful relationships with members that extend beyond the workout. Develop local partnerships and participate in networking and community events. Generate referrals by creating an experience people naturally want to share. Represent the BODYBAR brand with professionalism and enthusiasm both inside and outside the studio.
  • Deliver an Exceptional Member Experience: Welcome members and guests with warmth, energy, and genuine hospitality. Support members throughout their fitness journey and celebrate their milestones. Help create a studio culture where every person feels seen, encouraged, and empowered.
  • Maintain Operational Excellence: Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and consistently reflects the BODYBAR brand. Oversee retail merchandising and inventory. Manage administrative systems, studio supplies, and operational tasks efficiently. Help maintain a seamless experience for both members and team members.
