About The Position

Ascend Staffing is hiring experienced Warehouse Picker/Packers for a warehouse role in Georgetown, Texas. The position pays $19.25 per hour, with weekly pay. Requirements

Previous warehouse experience, including order picking, packing, or fulfillment.
Valid driver's license to operate an order-picking cart.

Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and established safety procedures.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check, as permitted by applicable law.
Authorization to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a distribution center, fulfillment center, or shipping warehouse.
Experience using warehouse packing supplies and shipping equipment.
Familiarity with order fulfillment processes, inventory handling, and warehouse safety practices.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and label products accurately for shipment.
Safely operate an order-picking cart to move products throughout the warehouse.
Follow packaging procedures to protect products during shipping.
Use packing materials and equipment, including padding and tape guns.
Verify order accuracy and ensure items are packed and labeled correctly.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment to meet daily productivity goals.
Follow workplace safety procedures and company guidelines.
