About The Position

WeatherTech Direct is seeking well-qualified Order Pickers/Packers to pick, package, and restock various products. The openings are on the 2nd shift, from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. The hourly rate is $19.00 or more, depending on experience, with a $1.00 shift differential for 2nd shift. Employees may also be eligible for end-of-year bonuses and pay increases. Order Pickers/Packers work as part of a team to process orders efficiently, follow safety and company procedures, and help train team members on production-area tasks and best practices. The role requires standing for the shift and lifting up to 50 pounds. Requirements

At least 6 months of related work experience.
Experience using an RF scanner.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read and understand verbal and written work orders and instructions.
A high degree of attention to prevent accidents and injuries.
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as required.
Fluency in English and authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Pick orders by reading pick tickets (BOLs) and move products to the shipping area using an RF scanner.
Package products according to order specifications.
Work as part of a team to ensure orders are processed efficiently.
Train new and existing team members on production-area functions, sharing knowledge and best practices to support efficiency and productivity.
Follow all safety and company procedures while performing work duties.
Perform other duties as assigned, both within and outside the department.
