About The Position

We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Picker/Packers to join a warehouse team. The position involves picking and packing orders, preparing shipments, and supporting daily shipping and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to maintain accuracy while meeting productivity expectations. Candidates must have a valid Food Handler Card and wear approved safety footwear that meets the required ASTM safety and slip-resistance standards.

The role offers first shift, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, at $16.50 per hour, or swing shift, Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM, at $16.75 per hour. First-shift employees must be flexible and willing to work or be on call during weekends as needed; that shift operates seven days a week.

Requirements

• Valid Food Handler Card.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to follow all food safety and workplace safety requirements.
• Ability to wear the required approved safety footwear throughout the shift; footwear must meet ASTM safety and slip-resistance standards.
• Availability to work the selected shift consistently.

Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately according to order sheets, pick lists, or inventory system instructions.
• Pack products securely and prepare orders for shipment.
• Assist with shipping responsibilities, including preparing shipping labels, verifying orders, and staging packages for shipment.
• Check products and quantities for accuracy and quality before packing.
• Organize, sort, and stage products in designated warehouse areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and warehouse safety procedures.
• Meet daily productivity and order accuracy expectations.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding order discrepancies or shipping issues.
• Follow all required safety policies and procedures.
