About The Position

Music & Arts is seeking a skilled and dedicated piano teacher to teach and inspire students. The role involves creating an engaging, supportive, and safe learning environment for students of varying ages and skill levels. The teacher builds positive relationships with students and parents through regular communication, goal-setting, and progress updates, and partners with store teams to schedule lessons and encourage student retention. Music & Arts handles administrative work so instructors can focus on teaching and fostering students’ musical growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or equivalent experience.
• Two years of music teaching experience, especially on piano.

Nice To Haves

• Teaching experience with voice or related instruments.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or Doctoral) in Music.
• Professional teaching memberships or certifications.
• Eight or more years of teaching experience, especially with multiple instruments.

Responsibilities

• Teach music lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels.
• Build positive relationships with students and parents through regular communication, goal-setting, and progress updates.
• Partner with store teams to schedule lessons and encourage student retention.
