About The Position

The Personal Injury Case Manager is a key member of a legal team, supporting attorneys by managing cases with accuracy, empathy, and strong attention to detail. In this role, you will serve as a consistent point of contact for clients while helping ensure that every case progresses efficiently and in alignment with legal requirements. You will play a hands on role throughout the case lifecycle, from client onboarding and medical record coordination to litigation support and case management. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, confident working independently, and comfortable using technology to maintain structured and well documented case files. Requirements

  • Strong personal injury case management or legal support experience
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, and insurance representatives
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently
  • Detail oriented approach to documentation and data entry
  • Problem solving mindset and ability to take initiative
  • Tech savvy with the ability to learn and navigate new systems quickly
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Comfortable working in a structured yet evolving legal environment
  • Spanish required

Responsibilities

  • Request, follow up on, and organize medical records from hospitals and clinics
  • Provide timely updates to clients regarding the status of their cases
  • Ensure all case files are complete, accurate, and up to date at all times
  • Support general administrative tasks to improve workflow efficiency
  • Coordinate scheduling for meetings, depositions, and court related activities
  • Open and manage insurance claims, including communication with insurance companies and subrogation entities
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and gathering required documentation such as insurance information and supporting evidence
  • Support litigation efforts by assisting with document preparation and case coordination
  • Organize, combine, and manage documents, including creating consolidated PDF files
  • Draft correspondence and assist in preparing legal documentation
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files in the case management system
