About The Position

The Legal Case Specialist role with Job Duck offers the opportunity to take ownership of a dynamic, client focused position that directly supports the day to day operations of a legal team. This role centers on case management, client communication, and litigation support, allowing you to play a meaningful part in guiding cases from intake through resolution. You will be responsible for maintaining organized case files, coordinating with clients and insurance representatives, and ensuring that all documentation and processes move forward efficiently. Your work will contribute to clear communication, structured workflows, and positive client experiences across the lifecycle of each case. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast paced environments, values accuracy, and takes initiative to support both clients and attorneys with professionalism and care.

Requirements

  • 1 or more years of experience in legal support, case management, administrative support, or related roles preferred
  • Strong English proficiency with clear and professional communication
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Strong follow through and accountability
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and complete tasks independently
  • Experience working with CRM systems and managing case related data
  • Ability to handle client interactions with empathy and professionalism
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a team oriented environment
  • High level of written and verbal English required

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to attorneys and legal staff
  • Maintain accurate and up to date case information in CRM systems
  • Coordinate and follow up on records requests
  • Update and maintain medical chronologies
  • Manage communications with clients and insurance companies
  • Assist in maintaining structured workflows and case tracking systems
  • Support case management from intake through resolution
  • Organize and maintain medical records and billing documentation
  • Draft demands and discovery documents
  • Ensure timely follow up and clear communication with all stakeholders
