Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience working as a case manager
  • Experience with US personal injury law is a MUST
  • A bachelor's degree in Law is REQUIRED
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Strong legal knowledge in personal injury processes
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated work style
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to follow up consistently and ensure case progression
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and processes
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to case completion

  • Remote, Eastern Standard Time (EST)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday
  • Expected call volume: Moderate (6-15 calls per day)
  • CRM: FileVine (REQUIRED)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth case management
  • Provide general guidance to clients regarding next steps in their cases
  • Monitor case timelines and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Support both pre-litigation and litigation processes
  • Assist in identifying health insurance coverage details
  • Maintain regular communication with insurance adjusters
  • Follow up with clients regarding treatment progress and case updates
  • Request medical records, bills, and police reports
  • Answer phone calls and communicate with clients effectively
  • Draft legal documents and case-related correspondence
