About The Position
Virtua Medical Group is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician for its Marlton, New Jersey location. The physician will provide high-quality, compassionate care to a diverse community and care for patients of all ages. The role emphasizes building meaningful patient relationships and delivering an outstanding care experience. The physician will collaborate with a broad care network that includes advanced diagnostic services, outpatient surgery, physical therapy, wellness centers, hospital-based care, and long-term care settings. The position is on-site and works a first shift schedule for 40 hours per week. Compensation starts at $266,000, with actual pay based on experience, internal equity, and market alignment. The position is also eligible for a productivity-based incentive bonus under the employment agreement.

- Provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages.

- Collaborate with care partners across diagnostic services, outpatient surgery, physical therapy, wellness centers, hospital-based care, and long-term care settings.
