About The Position
Virtua Medical Group is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to provide care to a diverse community in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey. The physician will provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages, build meaningful patient relationships, and deliver an outstanding care experience. The role collaborates with a broad care network that includes advanced diagnostic services, outpatient surgery, physical therapy, wellness centers, hospital-based care, and long-term care settings. Virtua Medical Group is a clinician-led, multi-specialty organization with more than 1,700 providers across Southern New Jersey. Physicians are supported by Virtua’s broader health system and its access to diagnostic testing, rehabilitation, outpatient procedures, and hospital services. The role offers a supportive work environment and a compensation package starting at $266,000, with actual pay determined by experience, internal equity, and market alignment. It is also eligible for a productivity-based incentive bonus under the employment agreement.
