Requirements

• Currently licensed or willing to become licensed to practice in Indiana as an MD or DO.
• Current BLS certification.
• Active Indiana licensure.
• Valid DEA/CSR registration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivation.
