Physician - Child and Adolescent Inpatient
About The Position
Vituity is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Inpatient Psychiatry physician to join the team at John Muir Behavioral Health in Concord, California. The practice serves adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients and sees an average of 30 patients per day, with 3–4 patients per hour. It is part of a large hospital system with inpatient, outpatient, and adolescent programs. Vituity is a 100% physician-owned partnership led by frontline physicians. Physicians participate in the partnership model from day one, with financial transparency, autonomy and local control, peer-level support, and career development opportunities. The role offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including profit distributions and equity ownership. Estimated annual base compensation is $275,000–$900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Part-time and per-diem compensation is prorated based on clinical hours worked; total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may exceed the stated range.
Requirements
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Inpatient Psychiatry.
