About The Position
This is a Locum Tenens position for a Physician specializing in Pediatrics - Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine in Lancaster, PA. The coverage period is from ASAP to June 30, 2027. This is an inpatient role requiring clinical duties and on-call coverage. The physician will provide daily rounding on all newborn deliveries in the Level II NICU and backup on-call coverage for Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). Responsibilities include managing acute volume/BP issues, performing various procedures, and attending all C-sections, including high-risk ones. The average daily patient volume is 2-6, with 0-1 admissions. The facility uses Epic EMR and has 0-1 PA/NP support staff.

Responsibilities
- Provide daily rounding on all newborn deliveries in Level II NICU.
- Provide backup on-call coverage for Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).

- Attend all C-sections and high-risk deliveries as needed.
- Coordinate care with nursing and other staff.
