About The Position
Foundation Health Partners 1st Care, a family medicine walk-in medical clinic, is seeking a Physician to join their highly experienced and growing team. FHP 1st Care is an ED-light walk-in clinic that manages a variety of health concerns, including orthopedic injuries, minor traumas, acute and chronic illness, and pediatric complaints. Our team provides advanced diagnostics through our on-site lab and radiology, with efficient access to an advanced imaging center. As the go-to community provider for walk-in care, you can expect that every day will present new and exciting challenges.
Requirements
- Physician
- Must be willing to relocate to Alaska.
- Must be able to perform telemedicine shifts.
- Must be able to see approximately 30 patients per day.
- Must be able to treat patients ranging in age from 2 days to 99 years.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a walk-in clinic setting.
- Experience with ED-light procedures.
- Experience with advanced diagnostics.
Responsibilities
- Manage a variety of health concerns, including orthopedic injuries, minor traumas, acute and chronic illness, and pediatric complaints.
- Provide advanced diagnostics through on-site lab and radiology.
- Perform one shift of telemedicine per week.
