About The Position

Foundation Health Partners 1st Care, a family medicine walk-in medical clinic, is seeking a Physician to join their highly experienced and growing team. FHP 1st Care is an ED-light walk-in clinic that manages a variety of health concerns, including orthopedic injuries, minor traumas, acute and chronic illness, and pediatric complaints. Our team provides advanced diagnostics through our on-site lab and radiology, with efficient access to an advanced imaging center. As the go-to community provider for walk-in care, you can expect that every day will present new and exciting challenges.

Requirements

Physician
Must be able to see roughly 30 patients per day, ranging in age from 2 days to 99 years.
Must be able to work three 12-hour shifts per week.
Must be able to work 156 shifts per year.
Must be able to perform one shift of telemedicine per week.
Must not be on call.
Must have 7 weeks ATO and 2 weeks for CME.
Must have licensure and malpractice insurance.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a walk-in clinic setting.
Experience with ED-light care.
Experience with advanced diagnostics.
Experience with Mayo Clinic resources.
