About The Position

Sanford Health is hiring multiple Urgent Care Physicians to provide medical care to patients in Bismarck, North Dakota, and the surrounding area. Requirements

M.D. or D.O. degree.
Licensed or eligible for licensure in North Dakota.
Board-certified or board-eligible in the primary area of practice.
Successful completion of an Internal Medicine residency accredited by the ACGME, AOA, or Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada; other residency accreditation may be considered through the credentialing waiver process.
Applicants applying directly after residency must provide a residency procedure log and, as applicable, a list of completed rotations.
Applicants who are not applying directly after residency must provide a hospital quality profile documenting clinical activity for the last 12 months, including procedures and morbidity, mortality, infection rates, and other complications; alternatively, if a quality profile is unavailable, they must document clinic activity for the last 12 months.
Demonstrate active involvement in clinical services or care of at least 50 patients in the last 12 months.
Applicants who completed residency within the last five years and are not board-certified at application must achieve board certification within five years of residency completion unless the appropriate governing board waives the requirement.
