About The Position

Hartford HealthCare is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for its outpatient primary care network in Manchester, Connecticut. The role offers a collaborative, team-based care model, clinical support, and technology including EPIC, Dragon, and Ambient AI. Physicians have access to an integrated specialty network and streamlined support from behavioral health, high-risk nurse care managers, and social workers. Mentorship and physician leadership development opportunities are available.

This is a 100% outpatient position with weekday hours. A four-day workweek option may be available. Phone call responsibilities are minimal, averaging approximately two weekends per year and one weeknight every two months. Compensation is salaried, with a guaranteed base salary and uncapped incentive bonus. Loan repayment support, a sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance are also offered.

The position is based in Manchester, Connecticut, with access to coastal communities, outdoor recreation, schools and universities, and travel to New York City, Boston, and international destinations.

Requirements

• Unrestricted Connecticut medical license, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient family medicine care.
• Work within a collaborative, team-based care model.
• Participate in minimal phone call coverage, averaging approximately two weekends per year and one weeknight every two months.
