About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Direct Care Workers to provide care for adults in its Assistive Care State Programs practice. The role includes a 40-hour training program covering basic regulatory, compliance, and personal care skills. Openings are listed in Framingham, Natick, Ashland, Sherborn, and Southborough. Requirements
- Successfully complete BAYADA's 40-hour Direct Care Worker Course.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living.
- Provide light housekeeping.
- Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
- Help clients with range-of-motion exercises.
- Assist with transfers and use mechanical lifting devices.
- Provide oral feeding assistance.
- Check vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
- Perform home management tasks, including laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
- Assist with ambulation.
- Provide medication assistance.
